Why Holly Madison didn't appear in pictorial in Playboy? In the last episode of The Girls Next Door, Holly, Bridget and Kendra shot Pictorials which appear in the next playboy. Well when I am me, I see that Bridget and Kendra, both have the same Pictorials of the episode, but Hollys is completely different. Does anyone know the story on this?
